Dream Of A City 2011… Spring (春)

In the last 12 months, I have travelled constantly and obsessively, attempting to re-capture moments from my past, and to experience new places and phenomena. During the same period, I have also restlessly shuttled between three cities that I called home – London, New York and Singapore – pursuing a Master’s Degree in World Cities and Urban Life, and trying to be a good son, brother, lover and friend.

The next few posts are a “Best of 2011,” providing a visual narrative of my wandering and homelessness last year. They are also a way for me to say “THANK YOU!” to all the new friends I made and old friends I visited last year, many of whom opened their homes to me at important stops along my journey.

The first installment…  Spring…  A contemplative meander through Amsterdam, London, New York, London, Paris, Dubai, Doha…

About Kennie Ting

I am a wandering cityophile and pattern-finder who is pathologically incapable of staying in one place for any long period of time. When I do, I see the place from different perspectives, obsessive-compulsively.
